3 trainings (23 August in Remniku; 9 September in Tallinn; 5 October in Paldiski) - the main objective is to train target group representatives on gender equality, family models, gender roles, gender pay gap, equal treatment and the newly adopted gender-neutral marriage in Estonia. The training will be based on the 3Rs method (representation, resources, reality), practical case studies and other interactive methods. The training consists of 8 hours of on-site training plus 8 hours of homework (the training includes a full day of training, the training agenda and the way it is organised is agreed with the target group representative, educational institutions, civil society organisations, governmental authorities and partners. All three training sessions will involve 100 participants.
- The training will provide an overview of gender equality issues.
- The training will update the understanding of gender roles and family models (how they relate to entrepreneurship) among young people/older generations and entrepreneurs.
- The training will provide learning tools and up-to-date skills on gender equality issues.
- Break down stereotypes and end implicit discrimination.
