Interested experts, target group representatives and institution are welcomed to a Gender Equality Round table \"Let's talk openly: How to support family-friendly policies and prevent gender-based and domestic violence?\"<\/strong> will take place on 1 February 2024, Toila Spa Hotel at 11.00 am.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The aim of the roundtable is to improve cooperation between government, civil society and business and to jointly discuss issues such as: How we can all integrate family-friendly policies in the workplace and improve working conditions for employees (for example, in the area of family life, which usually provide three types of essential resources needed by parents and caregivers of young children: time, money and services) and how to empower women and men to build equal (improving work-life balance) and non-violent (reducing gender-based violence) homes, work environments and societies by supporting cross-sectoral cooperation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Working language Estonian, but with possible consecutive interpreting into Russian and \/or English <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Working languages: estonian (presentations will be held in estonian, but if necessary we can provide interpretation into Russian).
Catering and study materials will be provided for participant.
The number of places is limited (only 30 places). Participation is free of charge!
