The aim of the roundtable <\/strong>is to improve cooperation between government, civil society and business and to jointly discuss issues such as: How we can all integrate family-friendly policies in the workplace and improve working conditions for employees (for example, in the area of family life, which usually provide three types of essential resources needed by parents and caregivers of young children: time, money and services) and how to empower women and men to build equal (improving work-life balance) and non-violent (reducing gender-based violence) homes, work environments and societies by supporting cross-sectoral cooperation.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
